Shipping policies depend on the product being purchased.
Lion Replicas will ship by U.S. Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. In most cases, you'll receive them within two business days.
Lion bookends will ship by USPO Priority Mail with insurance and tracking or USPO Flat Rate mail with insurance and tracking. In most cases, they'll arrive within two business days.
Insurance doesn't cover packages delivered then stolen from outside your door. If you have concerns about this, consider having your package delivered to your workplace, a friend or family member.
Lion baseball caps and lion baby onesies will ship by USPO first class mail. In most cases, they'll arrive within two business days.
Other products, such as lion tee shirts and coffee mugs will be shipped using various methods and will take up to ten business days to arrive.
Our return policy is a 100% refund for any reason if returned within 21 days of your receipt of the product. You must contact us before returning any item. The reason for this is to give you the correct shipping information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the same packaging.
To complete your return, we reserve the right to require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We won't accept returns or give refunds for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or in poor quality, send us a photo of the damage or poor quality immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or 904-471-1913. In most cases, we'll refund your money without your need to return it. If you don't get a reply within 24 hours, something has gone wrong. Please email or call me again.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a day or two. It may take several weeks for your method of payment to show your refund in your records.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged when received, provided we still have them available. There are times you may have to wait a few weeks for new stock to come in on the marble lions and bookends.
